ONIX EVOLUTION — RISK, ANALYSIS & NO-ADVICE DISCLAIMER

Onix Evolution ("the Platform") is a data processing, analysis and probability-research tool. The Platform is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial consultant, portfolio manager, tax adviser or legal adviser, and is not licensed or registered as such with any regulator in any jurisdiction — including, without limitation, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or FINRA, the Brazilian Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) or any EU national competent authority, the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) or the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA).

1. No investment advice or recommendation. All content on the Platform — including screeners, rankings, scores, signals, indicators, portfolio analytics, leaderboards, community portfolios, projections and any output generated by Onix AI — is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on the Platform constitutes, or should be construed as, an offer, solicitation, personalized recommendation, or advice to buy, sell, hold or otherwise transact in any security, digital asset or financial instrument.

2. Projections are not reality. The Platform's analyses and projections are statistical treatments of historical and current data. Financial markets are subject to unforeseen, independent and unexpected factors; uncertainty is an inherent part of the environment. Projections, probabilities and scores may materially diverge from actual outcomes, and past performance is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results.

3. Decisions are exclusively yours. Every investment decision is made solely by you, at your own risk, in light of your particular financial situation, objectives, experience and risk tolerance. The Platform serves as an auxiliary and complementary decision-support tool — it does not replace your judgment or a licensed professional's advice.

4. No tax, legal or succession advice. The Platform and Onix AI do not provide tax, legal, estate, inheritance or succession advice. For such matters, consult appropriately licensed professionals in your jurisdiction.

5. AI-generated content. Outputs of Onix AI are generated by artificial-intelligence models and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Onix AI may read the data and point to the most likely scenario at a given moment, together with an insight into the direction the evidence favours — this is probabilistic analysis and education only, reflecting the data available at that instant and able to change at any moment. It is never a personalized recommendation or an order to buy, sell or hold, and not a guarantee of any result. AI outputs must be independently verified before being relied upon, and every decision remains exclusively your own.

6. Community content. Leaderboard portfolios, aliases, factsheets, followed portfolios (Following) and followed funds (Hedge Following) reflect the activity of other users and of third-party funds' public filings. They are not endorsements, not managed products, and not recommendations by the Platform. Following them, or reproducing any of their positions in your own investments, is entirely at your own risk.

7. Risk of loss. Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the entire capital invested. Assets denominated in foreign currencies carry additional exchange-rate risk.

8. Data. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or contain upstream errors; the Platform does not warrant accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data.

9. Your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your country of residence or citizenship.

10. Subscription, renewal, cancellation and refunds. (a) Paid plans (Onix4You (Starter), Onix Premium and Onix PRO) are billed in advance for the cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, semiannual or annual) and renew automatically at the end of each cycle, at the price in force at that time, until you cancel. (b) Try before you pay: every paid plan offers a free 7-day trial — no payment card required — so you can explore the plan's features before subscribing. Trials do not include Onix AI and never turn into a paid subscription automatically. Even after subscribing, you still have the 7-day right of withdrawal described in (c). (c) You may cancel at any time in Profile → Billing. Right of withdrawal: if you cancel within 7 days of the start of a paid subscription, you receive a full refund of the amounts paid for it, and access ends immediately. (d) After those 7 days, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: you keep access until then and will not be charged again, and no full or partial (pro-rata) refund is due for the remaining time, whatever the billing cycle. (e) Upgrades take effect immediately and charge only the prorated difference. Moving to a lower plan is done by cancelling and subscribing to the lower plan once the current period ends. (f) Prices are shown before payment, in the currency you select; applicable taxes may be added. Payments are processed by Stripe; Onix Evolution does not store card data. (g) Extra Onix AI credits are one-time purchases that do not expire. Within 7 days of purchase, unused credits may be refunded on request through support. (h) Mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence prevail over this item.
