Onix Evolution ("Onix," "we," "us") operates onixevolution.com and the Onix Evolution platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Onix Evolution is a subscription-based research platform — not a broker, trading platform, or financial intermediary — so we never handle custody of funds or process trades on your behalf.

Contact form (onixevolution.com). When you use the "Contact us" form we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Account registration (app.onixevolution.com). When you create an Onix Evolution account we collect identification and contact information — such as your email, a securely hashed password, display name, phone number, and country — needed to operate your account. For invoicing purposes, we also collect a billing address and a tax identification number where required by local law (for example, a CPF for Brazilian users).

Payments. Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. We store a Stripe customer reference and your subscription/plan status; we never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly under its own PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Cookies and analytics. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — pages viewed, navigation between pages, and interactions with buttons such as "Sign Up." We also use Cookiebot to manage cookie consent. See Section 5 for details and how to control these preferences.

Authentication. When you log in, we issue a JSON Web Token (JWT) to keep you signed in securely. This token is stored on your device and is required to access your account; it does not itself contain your password.

We process personal data to: (a) respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form; (b) create and secure your Onix Evolution account; (c) process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe; (d) understand and improve how our site and platform are used; and (e) comply with legal and tax obligations, such as collecting a tax identification number where required by local law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, the legal basis for this processing is your consent (for cookies and analytics), the performance of a contract (for account and billing data), and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the platform, under their own privacy and security commitments:

• Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
• Google (Analytics, Tag Manager) — site usage analytics.
• Cookiebot — cookie consent management.
• Cloud infrastructure providers hosting our application and database.

We use a cookie consent banner (powered by Cookiebot) that lets you accept, decline, or customize cookie categories — Necessary, Statistics, Preferences, and Marketing — the first time you visit onixevolution.com. Necessary cookies are always active because the site cannot function without them; all other categories are only activated with your consent. You can change your preferences at any time through the "Cookie settings" link available on the site.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to resolve your inquiry. Billing records are retained for the period required by applicable tax and accounting law. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements (Section 7).

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), password hashing, token-based authentication, and restricted access to production systems. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe under its own PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure — we never store full card details. No system is ever 100% secure, but we work to keep these safeguards current with industry practice.

Onix Evolution is not directed at children and is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, contact us using the details in Section 11 and we will take steps to delete it.

If you are in Brazil, the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) gives you the right to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, request anonymization or deletion, request portability, and revoke consent at any time. If you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR grants equivalent rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are in the United States, applicable state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA) may give you additional rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data — Onix Evolution does not sell personal data.

Onix Evolution is a Brazilian company serving a global audience. Depending on where you access our site or platform from, your data may be processed and stored outside your country of residence, including in Brazil and in the countries where our cloud and service providers operate. We rely on our providers' own compliance safeguards (including Stripe's and Google's data protection commitments) for these transfers.
